Pan Ensemble Trip to Toronto
The Maple Leaf International School Pan Ensemble left for Toronto, Canada on May 26th. The students got to showcase Trinidad and Tobago’s national instrument as part of the cultural events leading up to the Pan-American Games, which will take place in Toronto this summer. They performed at middle schools and participated in a variety of musical workshops. The students enjoyed the Canadian experience while sharing the music of the steel pan.
