Robotics Club competes in Tournament

On Saturday March 11, 2017, the Maple Leaf International School Robo Pack team headed to Trincity to compete in the finals of Trinidad’s first National First Lego League Robotics Tournament. The team, which comprised of eight students from Grades 6 to 9, presented their biomimicry research project on echolocation in dolphins, completed a “Core Values” collaboration challenge, explained their robot design and programming strategies, and competed in the Robot Game: to design, build, and program an autonomous robot to complete as many assigned missions as possible in 2 ½ minutes. We are very proud of the team!
