Probabilities in Action
The grade 12 Data Management class showcased their knowledge of probability by creating their own Game of Chance as part of their culminating activity. Grade 5, 6 and 8 students were invited to come and try the games while the Data Management students gathered experimental data. A few lucky students were successful, while others learned of the difficulties in winning at casino style games.
